1425 Fulton St

1425 Fulton Street

RKTB has completed its design for a new nine-story mixed-use building on Fulton Street that will bring a total of 26 new affordable and market-rate rental apartments to Brooklyn’s now burgeoning neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant by the end of 2021. The first floor will be utilized as retail commercial space with a gym and ground floor café, while floors two through nine will consist of tenant amenities as well as studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom rental units. Other distinguishing features of the 32,730 SF project include a rear yard and roof terrace for tenant use. The steel and masonry structure, a masonry veneer with architectural metal and glass, was largely inspired by Brooklyn’s diverse industrial heritage.
